Meet Luke Stannard
Meet Luke, the newest member to join the Resolve Mining Solutions team. Luke Stannard is an experienced Minerals Processing Engineer with an extensive operational, project, and corporate management experience in base metal and gold operations across Africa, South America, the Asia-Pacific, and Australia.
Previously Luke has worked with:
- MMG
- Ok Tedi Mining Limited
- Xstrata
- GoldCorp
Joining the team as a Process Manager, Luke was identified for his outstanding reputation for delivered results in:
- Plant expansion and commissioning
- Process optimisation
- Cross-functional operational improvement
- Corporate process development, and
- Implementation and asset transition
A key trait that Resolve looks for in all their team, and possessed by Luke, is his solution-seeking approach. This coupled with his experience and proven ability to deliver results and successfully lead teams in multicultural environments across Australia, the Pacific, Asia, South America, and Africa, see Luke as a valuable addition to the Resolve team.
